The Daytona 116520 is the previous-generation steel Daytona with the Calibre 4130 — a movement considered by many collectors to be the most accomplished chronograph movement Rolex has ever produced, featuring a column-wheel and vertical clutch with a 72-hour power reserve. The white Panda dial on the 116520 is the definitive Daytona configuration in collector circles. The absence of a Cerachrom bezel (replaced by a polished aluminum tachymeter) is precisely what distinguishes it from the current generation and what collectors who prefer its proportions actively seek.
