When you submit an inquiry through our contact form or reach out via WhatsApp, we collect: your name, phone number / WhatsApp number, the type of item you wish to sell or use as collateral, an estimated value, any photos you choose to share, and any notes you include in your message. This information is submitted voluntarily.

b) Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our servers and third-party analytics tools may automatically collect technical data including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and general geographic location derived from your IP address. This data is collected in aggregate and is used to improve the Site.

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including Florida Secondhand Dealer record-keeping requirements (F.S. Chapter 538) for completed transactions;

Iron Eagle Reserve does not sell, share for cross-context behavioral advertising, or otherwise monetize your personal information to third parties. If a transaction is completed in person, we are required under Florida Secondhand Dealer law (F.S. § 538.09) to retain transaction records for a minimum period specified by law. You may request deletion of your pre-transaction inquiry data at any time (see Section 5), but we may be unable to delete records associated with completed transactions that are subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately and we will delete that information promptly.
