Iron Eagle Reserve ("we," "our," or "us") operates the website ironeaglereserve.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and your rights regarding that information. By using the Site you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

a) Information you provide directly

When you submit an inquiry through our contact form or reach out via WhatsApp, we collect: your name, phone number / WhatsApp number, the type of item you wish to sell or use as collateral, an estimated value, any photos you choose to share, and any notes you include in your message. This information is submitted voluntarily.

b) Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our servers and third-party analytics tools may automatically collect technical data including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and general geographic location derived from your IP address. This data is collected in aggregate and is used to improve the Site.

c) Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in Section 6 below.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about your items;
  • Manage and organize leads in our customer relationship management (CRM) system (HubSpot);
  • Schedule in-person appraisal appointments;
  • Send you a follow-up message via WhatsApp or phone regarding your inquiry — you will only be contacted about your specific request;
  • Analyze Site traffic and usage to improve our website;
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including Florida Secondhand Dealer record-keeping requirements (F.S. Chapter 538) for completed transactions;
  • Protect against fraud and unauthorized activity.

We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • HubSpot, Inc. — We use HubSpot as our CRM platform to store and manage inquiries. HubSpot processes data on our behalf and is subject to its own privacy policy available at legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy.
  • Google Analytics — We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our Site. Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Legal requirements — We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or ensure the safety of others.
  • Business transfers — If Iron Eagle Reserve is acquired, merged, or sold, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via a prominent notice on the Site before any such transfer.

4. Do Not Sell My Personal Information

Iron Eagle Reserve does not sell, share for cross-context behavioral advertising, or otherwise monetize your personal information to third parties. This statement applies to all users, including California residents exercising rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Because we do not sell personal information, there is no opt-out action required. However, if you have questions or wish to confirm this, you may contact us using the information in Section 9.

5. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to know — You may request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal data we have collected about you.
  • Right to delete — You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (such as legal record-keeping obligations under Florida Secondhand Dealer law).
  • Right to correct — You may request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of sale — As noted above, we do not sell personal information. No opt-out is required, but you may confirm this by contacting us.
  • Right to non-discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

To exercise any of these rights, please submit a request via our contact form at ironeaglereserve.com/contact. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.

6. Cookies

We use the following types of cookies on the Site:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — Technical cookies required for the Site to function (e.g., session handling, security). These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies — We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymized data about how visitors use the Site (pages visited, time on site, traffic source). These cookies help us understand and improve the user experience.
  • Preference cookies — We store your cookie consent preference in your browser's localStorage.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the Site. Note: US law does not require opt-in cookie consent, but we provide a notice banner on your first visit in the interest of transparency.

7. Data Retention

We retain inquiry data (name, contact information, item details) in HubSpot for as long as the inquiry is active or the business relationship is ongoing. Inquiries that do not result in a transaction are typically removed from active records after 24 months. If a transaction is completed in person, we are required under Florida Secondhand Dealer law (F.S. § 538.09) to retain transaction records for a minimum period specified by law. You may request deletion of your pre-transaction inquiry data at any time (see Section 5), but we may be unable to delete records associated with completed transactions that are subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately and we will delete that information promptly.

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies. Our Privacy Policy applies only to information collected on ironeaglereserve.com.
