• Informational gold price data derived from live commodity market feeds (for reference purposes only — see Section 4);

The Site is an informational and lead-generation platform only. No purchase, sale, loan, appraisal, or other financial transaction is conducted online. All actual transactions take place exclusively in person at our Miami office, subject to applicable Florida law.

3. Inquiries and Contact Form

When you submit an inquiry through our contact form or contact us via WhatsApp, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding contract, offer, or agreement of any kind between you and Iron Eagle Reserve;
• We are not obligated to respond to every inquiry, make an offer, or purchase any item;
• Any response to your inquiry — including a preliminary price estimate provided by phone, WhatsApp, or email — is non-binding and subject to in-person verification;
• By providing your phone number, you consent to being contacted by Iron Eagle Reserve via WhatsApp and/or phone call regarding your specific inquiry, in accordance with applicable telecommunications laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any WhatsApp message;
• You represent that you are the legal owner of any item you describe in your inquiry, or that you are authorized to act on behalf of the legal owner.

4. Pricing Disclaimer — Gold Prices Are Estimates

Any gold prices, per-gram rates, or value estimates displayed on this Site are provided for general informational purposes only and are subject to the following limitations:

• Displayed prices are derived from live commodity market data (COMEX/NYMEX gold futures) and calculated using standard karat purity ratios. They reflect approximate melt value and do not account for workmanship, gemstones, brand, rarity, collectible value, or market demand for specific items;
• Gold and precious metals prices fluctuate continuously. The price displayed at the time you view the Site may differ from prices available at the time of your in-person visit;
• The prices shown do not constitute an offer to buy any item at those prices. All offers are determined in person following a physical inspection of the item;
• Iron Eagle Reserve reserves the right to offer more or less than the calculated melt value for any item based on its individual characteristics, condition, current market demand, and our business judgment.

In accordance with FTC guidelines on testimonials and endorsements, any prices or case studies referenced on this Site reflect actual transactions but are not representative of every customer outcome. Your experience and offer will vary.

5. In-Person Transactions — Florida Law Requirements

All purchases and collateral loan transactions conducted by Iron Eagle Reserve are subject to the Florida Secondhand Dealers Act, F.S. Chapter 538, and applicable Miami-Dade County regulations. By conducting a transaction with us, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all transactions. Acceptable forms include a U.S. driver's license, state ID card, U.S. passport, or permanent resident card. We are required by Florida law to collect and record this information;
• We are required to report certain transactions to local law enforcement as mandated by F.S. § 538.09 and applicable county ordinances, including the Miami-Dade Secondhand Dealers Ordinance;
• Florida law imposes a mandatory hold period on certain secondhand goods before resale. You acknowledge awareness of this requirement;
• You represent and warrant that any item you sell or pledge is free from liens, encumbrances, or theft, and that you have full authority to transfer or pledge it. Misrepresentation may constitute a criminal offense under Florida law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, the Iron Eagle Reserve name and eagle emblem, page layouts, and software — is owned by or licensed to Iron Eagle Reserve and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. © 2026 Iron Eagle Reserve. All Rights Reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent. Nothing on the Site grants you any license to our intellectual property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IRON EAGLE RESERVE, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, INCLUDING DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON PRICE ESTIMATES, ERRORS IN CONTENT, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA, OR FAILURE TO CONDUCT A TRANSACTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN FULL.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Iron Eagle Reserve and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your misrepresentation regarding ownership of items, or your violation of any applicable law.

You hereby waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts and waive any claim of inconvenient forum.
