The 41mm stainless steel case, the column-wheel and horizontal-clutch movement visible through the caseback, and the clean white dial with railway-track minute scale place this squarely in the tradition of early 20th-century Portuguese marine chronographs — the origin of the Portugieser name. IWC's Calibre 69355 is a manufacture movement with a 46-hour power reserve and an aesthetically pleasing architecture.
