The Santos de Cartier — arguably the first purpose-built wristwatch, designed by Louis Cartier for aviator Alberto Santos-Dumont in 1904 — continues as one of the strongest-selling models in the current Cartier lineup. The WSSA0018 is the large 39.8mm stainless steel configuration with a silver dial and the QuickSwitch strap-change system allowing the owner to alternate between the steel bracelet and a leather strap in seconds without tools. A watch that is simultaneously a piece of horological history and a contemporary daily driver. Excellent condition with full Cartier set from 2023.
